What You'll Do as a Warehouse Clerk:

• You'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by ensuring inventory is accurate, organized, and ready to support production and customer orders.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials and components for production and customer orders
• Receive, organize, and store inventory using FIFO and warehouse best practices
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/inventory management system
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification preferred)
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure material availability
• Inspect materials for quality, quantity, and damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following 5S and safety standards

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, and material handling experience
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems strongly preferred
• Previous forklift experience; certification preferred or willingness to become certified
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment while following all safety and PPE requirements
