Your role

• Assemble, test, and inspect our strength equipment at the warehouse.

• Diagnose and repair returned or damaged units, including warranty repairs.

• Occasionally drive out to a customer when a repair has to happen on-site — most of your work stays at

the warehouse.

• Quality-check inbound goods and customer returns — decide what is restocked, refurbished, or

scrapped.

• Manage spare parts inventory and ship replacement parts for warranty cases.

• Support the customer service team with technical troubleshooting: clear guidance, photos, and videos

customers can actually follow.

• Improve assembly and repair documentation as you go.

What you bring

• Hands-on mechanical experience — technician, mechanic, assembler, or similar.

• Confident with power tools and reading assembly drawings.

• Fluent English, written and spoken — non-negotiable. You will explain technical fixes to customers and

colleagues.

• Spanish is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license for occasional customer visits.

• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and team-lift heavier equipment; forklift experience is a plus.

• Based in or near Corona, CA — this is an on-site position at our warehouse.

Pay and details

• $24.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site at 1645 Leason Lane, Corona, CA.
