Digital Marketing Specialist

De organisatie ontwikkelt en commercialiseert hoogwaardige consumentenproducten en is actief in meerdere Europese markten. Innovatie, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid vormen de basis van hun succes. Dan krijg je in deze functie de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in de verdere digitale groei van een internationale organisatie. Jouw uitdaging Als Performance Marketing Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van digitale advertisingcampagnes over verschillende landen en merken heen. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met commerciële slagkracht en zorgt ervoor dat marketingbudgetten maximaal renderen. Je volgt campagnes nauwgezet op, analyseert prestaties en vertaalt data naar concrete optimalisaties die bijdragen aan zowel merkbekendheid als omzetgroei. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit content, CRM en marketing om de volledige customer journey continu te verbeteren. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om nieuwe technologieën, AI-toepassingen en automatiseringen te implementeren die de marketingwerking verder versterken. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van Google Ads-campagnes (Search, Performance Max, Shopping en Display). Uitwerken en beheren van social advertising campagnes via Meta (Facebook & Instagram) en eventueel Pinterest. Ontwikkelen van YouTube-campagnes gericht op merkbekendheid, leadgeneratie en conversie. Monitoren en analyseren van KPI's zoals ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversieratio en omzet. Opzetten van A/B-testen op advertenties, doelgroepen, biedstrategieën en landingspagina's. Identificeren van groeikansen binnen verschillende markten, doelgroepen en kanalen. Actief inzetten op AI, automatisering en innovatieve marketingtools. Samenwerken met content-, e-commerce- en CRM-specialisten om de online customer journey verder te optimaliseren. Opstellen van rapportages en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.
