Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to aid recovery and manage chronic conditions. Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active State License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Assignment Details: Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: Days Shift Details: 8‑hour day Location: Williamsburg, VA – a blend of history and outdoor activities. The city is home to Colonial Williamsburg, a living‑history museum, and lies about 30 minutes from York River State Park for hiking and wildlife observation.
