Job Summary

APR Islands Management is seeking for an energetic and dedicated Team Member to work in a fast-paced environment of a casual dining concept, directly linking the kitchen to the guests. In this role, you will be responsible for portioning, presenting and delivering food items to guests in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining cleanliness and Qdoba service standards. upport oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Portion and present food according to Qdoba portion control guidelines and presentation standards
• Manage the serving line by replenishing food items, coordinating with cook and management staff to keep the line stocked with fresh dishes
• Take and process orders from customers , including special dietary requests, and operate POS systems for payment
• Interact with guests to answer menu questions, recommend items, and ensure a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, counters, utensils, and equipment, following health and safety regulations
• Monitor food temperatures to ensure hot and cold items are served at safe temperatures within Qdoba and BOH requirements.
• Assist with basic food prep such based on the station working at.
• Communicate effectively with cook, team members and management to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours InterviewPrep.
• Store and organize food in assigned containers to prevent spoilage
• Report equipment issues or low supplies to manager on duty as to help maintain inventory.
