We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.We are looking for a concept-driven, strategically minded Associate Creative Director to help drive high-profile creative campaigns for the Stand Together brand and its network of partners, including globally recognized names in music, sports, lifestyle, and film. In this role, you will blend vision, content strategy, and innovative thinking with a deep understanding of storytelling and its ability to move audiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a culturally significant impact while advancing our mission-driven goals through exceptional creative work.What You Will DoSupport the Creative Director as a hands-on leader for each project, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure work is strategic and best-in-class.Partner with art directors, designers, and video producers to deliver creative concepts and executions that go beyond informing or entertaining—our goal is cultural resonance. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee's overall contribution to the organization. Compensation decisions are informed by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, capabilities, demonstrated skills, role responsibilities, and expected contribution.
