Overview Position: Creative Events Director Location: Sarasota, FL (Corporate Office) Working type: Full-time Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000 / Year + Commission on Event and Float Sales What We Offer Competitive $55,000–$75,000 annual base salary + commission on event and float sales. Opportunity to grow a dynamic event rental and parade float division with a leading company. What You'll Do Plan and execute high-impact events, from birthday parties to corporate brand activations. Design custom backdrops, shimmer walls, 3D props, printed signage (e.g., Coroplast), and parade floats for festivals and community events. Leverage our warehouse, showroom, fleet, and team (installers, carpenters, marketing) to elevate event and float quality. Build and maintain a strong network to grow our event rental and parade float division. Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to promote events and attract clients. What We're Looking For in Our Next Star Proven experience in event planning, design, or parade float creation. Creative expertise in crafting photo ops, backdrops, shimmer walls, 3D props, printed signage, and parade floats. Strong networking skills to expand client base and partnerships.
