Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Johnson City Tennessee. Qualifications LPC‑MHSP, LMFT or LCSW Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) Licensed and living in the state of practice Compensation Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Requirements Minimum 25 sessions per week. Behavioral Health Generalist willing to see couples and/or children. Strong integrity, honesty, adaptability, and commitment to quality care. Self‑directed in completing notes within 24 hours. Interest in professional growth and leadership/supervisory roles. Team‑oriented and collaborative.
