Description Assistant Manager Sterling Subs Jersey Mike's, a partner of May Brands Dunkin, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing tasks properly and effectively. You will lead by promoting a “people first” culture and inspire and infuse excitement, positive energy, empowerment, knowledge, training, and on-going education to motivate team members to succeed.
