Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs. \n
- Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to engage clients effectively and foster their growth. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and safety. \n
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver holistic care that considers all aspects of a client's well-being. \n
- Participate in regular case reviews and peer consultation meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative learning. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona. \n
- Proficient in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques, with the ability to personalize treatment based on client objectives. \n
- Strong communication and relational skills to establish rapport and trust with clients while fostering a safe therapeutic environment. \n
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively navigate the complexities of client situations and devise suitable interventions. \n

- Two or more years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to shared goals and outcomes. \n
- Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms and virtual therapy, which is essential to engage clients remotely. \n
