Warehouse Associate $16/hr

Auburn Hills, MI
$16.00/Hour | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Auburn Hills. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position where employees are cross-trained and may work in multiple departments throughout the operation.

• Weigh and package products accurately for shipment to stores

• Package and prepare finished products for distribution

• Work in Packaging, Pods, and Prepackaged Flower departments

• Rotate between departments and assist where needed

• Operate as a Component Runner, moving materials and components throughout the facility

• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

• Work effectively as part of a team

• Must be able to lift and move up to 30 pounds

• Must be comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the workday

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to rotate into the Component Runner position as needed

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to learn multiple processes and responsibilities

• Comfortable working as part of a team

• Willingness to work in different departments as needed

• Previous warehouse, packaging, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus
