Job Title Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist Location Florence, Wisconsin About the Role Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to support patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA Active State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARCA Assignment Details Type: Travel Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week, 8‑hour shifts each day Shift: 8‑hour days Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday‑Friday) Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility Location Highlights Florence offers recreational and cultural attractions, local parks, lakes, hiking, fishing, and community events celebrating local culture.
