Staffing & Sales Supervisor

Future Branch Leadership Opportunity | HireQuest Northwest | Kent, WA
$23 to $25 per hour + commission + bonus | Full Time

HireQuest Northwest is looking for a Staffing & Sales Supervisor to help grow our Kent branch and develop into a future branch leader.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is good with people, comfortable with sales, naturally takes ownership, and wants more responsibility than a traditional coordinator role.

You do not need staffing experience.

You do need to enjoy talking with people, building relationships, solving problems, and working toward measurable goals.

You'll work directly with branch leadership and learn the business from the inside out, including sales, client relationships, staffing, operations, and team leadership.

What You'll Focus On

Grow the Business

• Build relationships with prospective clients throughout the Kent area
• Make outbound calls and visit local businesses
• Identify opportunities to bring in new accounts and grow existing relationships
• Follow up consistently and turn conversations into business opportunities
• Earn commission based on the business you develop

Support Clients and Our Workforce

• Build strong relationships with current clients
• Help understand staffing needs and respond quickly when those needs change
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and placing Field Team Members
• Help resolve staffing and service issues before they become bigger problems

Help Lead the Branch

• Work alongside the Branch Manager to keep daily operations moving
• Help coach and support branch team members
• Track goals and branch performance
• Step into greater responsibility as your experience grows
• See a problem, take ownership, and help find the solution

You will learn other parts of branch operations, including scheduling, payroll, billing, safety, compliance, and staffing logistics, but you won't be expected to walk in knowing it all.

We'll teach you the staffing business.

Who We're Looking For

This could be a great fit if you:

• Have at least two years of experience in sales, leadership, account management, customer service, operations, or another people-focused business role
• Enjoy meeting people and building genuine relationships
• Are comfortable picking up the phone and asking for business
• Like having goals and knowing what success looks like
• Can keep several priorities moving without losing follow-through
• Naturally take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Enjoy helping other people succeed
• Want to build your leadership skills and eventually take on more responsibility

Previous staffing experience is helpful, but it is not required .

What You Can Earn

• $23 to $25 per hour, based on experience
• Commission on new business you develop
• Additional performance-based bonus opportunities
