Role Responsibilities: You’re part of the leadership group responsible for impacting the coaching and inspiration of the team in your store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders. You’ll perform a majority of the store work, including providing customer service, processing cash and credit transactions, responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Open availability is a must, since you'll be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role. A combination of a few college credits and qualified work experience isn't required but is helpful.
We would like to see at least one year of related retail experience.
You should be able to demonstrate an interactive leadership style, accompanied by engaging customer service skills.
Please be able to stand, bend, and reach along with lifting at least 50 lbs., and be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance is needed in order to perform some leadership responsibilities.
