Job Duties:
- Ensure parts are machined to meet production goals, including cycle time, quantity and quality.
- Prepare and loads raw materials and parts onto CNC machines. Handle materials appropriately and safely.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings.
- Perform in-process inspection of machine parts to ensure manufacturing adherence to all quality regulations. Measure and check dimensions and tolerances using measuring devices, including calipers, micrometers and gauges.
- Perform daily maintenance on CNC machinery. Conduct routine inspection and replace worn-out tooling as needed.
