Property management experience is a strong plus, but it is not required. A strong work ethic, initiative, follow-through, and a desire to build a better future are essential. If you’re organized, resourceful, eager to learn, and take pride in getting things done, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Managing leasing, renewals, resident communication, and everyday property operations.

Staying on top of rent collections, delinquency, and follow-up.

Coordinating maintenance work orders and making sure repairs are completed properly and promptly.

Hiring, scheduling, and managing maintenance staff and contractors.

Overseeing apartment turns so homes are ready to lease.

Following a budget, controlling expenses, and keeping accurate records.

Inspecting the property, identifying problems, and following through on solutions.

Handling the unexpected—because running a property requires flexibility, sound judgment, and accountability.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who communicates clearly, holds themselves and their team accountable, and sees what needs to be done without waiting to be asked. You must be comfortable having difficult conversations, juggling priorities, and following tasks through to completion.
