• No Procedures Required: 24/7 intensivist coverage and support means no codes, vents, or procedures
• Partnership Opportunity: Guaranteed salary for 2 years with bonuses for extra shifts and volume - then move into productivity and performance model with opportunity for partnership with rewards and clinical practice that come with being an owner.
• Independent Practice: Focus on clinical care and doing what is best for patients with the support of corporate leadership, led by practicing physicians.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
