Senior Collections Manager

We are seeking a Director of Collections Operations to supervise the legal collections operations within our commercial financing portfolio. This role is responsible to ensure smooth execution of our collections and operations and procedures. Role Description Supervise the operations of 10+ collections professionals and legal assistants Manage high-volume default workflows, including escalation to legal, and litigation support Analyze merchant cash flow to structure workouts, modifications, and settlements Maintain detailed CRM notes and ensure audit-ready documentation Qualifications 3+ years of operations experience in collections, debt recovery, or operations Strong understanding of commercial financing and workflows Familiarity with UCC liens, receivables enforcement, and payment processors Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage a high-volume portfolio Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Why join Newco Capital?
