What You'll Be Doing

You'll help homeowners recover after hail and storm damage by guiding them through the insurance restoration process.

You'll:

✅ Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods

✅ Generate leads through networking, referrals, and door knocking

✅ Perform roof inspections (we provide training)

✅ Help customers understand their insurance claims

✅ Close deals and manage projects from start to finish

✅ Build a book of business that creates long-term income

What You'll Earn

10% of total contract value (off the top)

50/50 profit split option available

Higher commission splits for experienced producers
