QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Massachusetts RN License

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility

• Strong clinical assessment skills

• Excellent nursing judgment

• Compassionate and resident-focused

• Dependable and professional

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
