Help us ensure the safe production, handling, packaging, and movement of syrup products while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with syrup production and manufacturing processes
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery safely
• Clean and sanitize work areas, tanks, tools, and equipment
• Monitor production lines and report equipment or quality issues
• Follow food safety, GMP, and OSHA safety regulations
• Support inventory handling and warehouse organization
• Complete basic production and safety documentation
• Work collaboratively with operators, maintenance, and supervisors
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety and operational procedures

Preferences:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience
• Forklift certification or experience
• Experience in beverage, food, or chemical manufacturing
• Familiarity with production line equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
