Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and licensed roofing contractor for a commercial roof tear-off and replacement project in Jackson, Mississippi.

Project Scope:

Approx. 78 squares
Corrugated metal roof tear-off
Install new insulation and flashing
Fully seal with TPO roofing system
Weld all TPO laps
Replace/repair damaged plywood as needed
Remove and dispose of all debris

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Mississippi roofing license
Must carry general liability and workers comp insurance
Proven experience with commercial TPO systems

Compensation:

$575 per square (labor & materials)
Total: $44,850

Location: Jackson, MS
