We are seeking a self‑motivated Warehouse Associate who wants to become a part of an elite team. The position is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including the shipping, receiving, storing, handling, and preparing of HVAC equipment while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. The Role The Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift manages inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling for HVAC equipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong computer skills, forklift operation, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. First‑shift availability, weekend coverage, and overtime flexibility allow the team to maintain smooth warehouse operations while supporting field technicians efficiently.
