This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on improving processes, supporting production, and ensuring our products are built efficiently, safely, and consistently.You'll work at the intersection of Engineering and Production, owning key elements of configuration management, supporting new and existing processes, and driving continuous improvement across operations.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving real problems, and turning ideas into practical solutions.Suterra is the world's leading provider of biorational products for crop protection and commercial pest control. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply and bring their unique perspectives to our team.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doProcess & Product DefinitionOwn and maintain product Bills of Material (BOMs) across systemsDevelop and update Manufacturing Control Documents (MCDs), SOPs, and material specificationsEnsure all documentation reflects current processes and is aligned across teamsCoordinate and secure stakeholder approvals for process and product changesSupport change management and guide teams through deviations and updatesProduction SupportInvestigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysisAnalyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally to implement practical process improvementsEvaluate and propose changes to procedures, equipment, and toolingProject & Continuous ImprovementSupport implementation of process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiencyAssist with specification, installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipmentCollaborate with Engineering and Production on operational improvement initiativesFabrication & Technical SupportWork from blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and technical drawingsSupport fabrication and prototyping activities, including setup and operation of manual and CNC equipmentVerify dimensions, tolerances, and specifications of components and toolingQualificationsWhat we're looking forExperience & SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field preferred)1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience with process validation tools (SPC, DOE, etc.)Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion 360 preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and measurement skillsAbility to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvementsWorking StyleHands-on, practical problem solverComfortable working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Operations teamsStrong organizational and communication skillsAble to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and executionAdditional InformationIf you're looking for a role where your work matters, your judgment is valued, and your effort directly contributes to growth, we'd love to hear from you.Suterra is the world's leader in pheromone-based pest control, part of The Wonderful Company family of brands.
