Agent Solutions Engineer

Why This Role Exists Every customer has different workflows, systems, and goals. Success isn't about deploying the same solution repeatedly—it's about understanding each business, identifying opportunities for automation, and building AI agents that solve meaningful operational problems. We're looking for an engineer who enjoys operating in ambiguity, partnering directly with customers, and taking ideas from whiteboard to production. What You'll Do Design and deploy AI-powered voice solutions that automate complex business workflows by integrating APIs, internal systems, and external data sources. Rapidly prototype customer solutions, launch early versions into production, and continuously iterate based on real-world performance. Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams on both the customer and internal side to ensure successful deployments. Own projects end-to-end—from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization. Drive customer adoption by training stakeholders, identifying additional automation opportunities, and expanding platform usage over time. Build trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and strategic partner throughout the engagement. Travel to customer sites when needed to accelerate deployments, strengthen relationships, and ensure successful outcomes. Must-Have Qualifications 3–10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, AI Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles. Experience building production software across the full stack and owning projects from concept through deployment. Hands-on experience integrating AI models, LLMs, or automation capabilities into real-world applications. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and business stakeholders. High ownership mentality with a bias toward action, execution, and delivering measurable customer outcomes. Willingness to work onsite regularly and travel to customer locations as required. Nice-to-Haves Experience building or deploying AI agents, conversational AI, or LLM-powered applications. Previous startup or founder experience. Familiarity with agent orchestration, AI workflows, or automation platforms. Experience working directly with enterprise customers to scope, build, and deploy technical solutions.
