Salary: $250K–$300K + $50K Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established primary care team in Salinas, CA. This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys a mix of direct patient care and clinical leadership in an efficient, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care (all ages)
• Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care
• Provide clinical leadership and team supervision
• Maintain efficient workflow and documentation
• Collaborate with staff and care teams

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Family Medicine
• Active California license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA
• NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
