The role involves providing care to adult patients in a critical setting. Patient ratios are 2:1 in the ICU. The unit is equipped with advanced technology including cardiac monitors and Baxter IV pumps. Common diagnoses include COPD, ARF, DKA, Sepsis, and Shock. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable. An Associate degree is required, with a BSN preferred. Artificial nails are not permitted as part of the dress code.
