Job Description

Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Kenosha, WIAverage $1,900+ per Week - Comprehensive Benefits$3,500 Sign-On Bonus - $1,200 Annual Safety Bonus*

Pay, Home Time & More:

- Average $1,900+ per Week

- Solo Miles Pay: 67 CPM per mile with an average of 2,000 miles per week

- Solo Stops Pay: $33.50 per stop with 15 stops per week

- Per Diem Pay: $60 per night with 2+ nights per week

- Sign-on Bonus: Pays you $1750 at 30 days and $1750 at 90 days

- Safety Bonus: Pays you $300 four times a year (Every quarter)*

- Route: Regional

- Paid training

- Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days

- 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

- Schedule: Monday Friday (1 Saturday per month)

- Start time: 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM dispatch window

- Deliver solo to: MI, IN, IL, IA, WI, OH, MN, PA, NY

- Tractor Type: Sleeper and day cabs

- Trailer Type: Dry van & Reefer 48' & 53'

- Equipment: Manual pallet jack

- Freight: Touch - Groceries- pallets - driver assist unload

Requirements:

- Valid CDL-A

- 9 months of experience within the past 3 years

- Minimum 21 years of age

- Pass a Ryder Drug Test

- Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

- Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
