Basic Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling Experience with scheduling tools such as Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project, or ProjectView Bachelor’s degree Job Description You will be the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works Level 5 for the Skunk Works Advanced Development Program which is responsible for delivering world-changing aerospace systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works Level 5 you will be responsible for translating mission goals into actionable schedules, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery of advanced aeronautical projects. Your Responsibilities Will Include Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Critical Path Methodology. Integrate schedule impacts of proposed work across engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality functions. Analyze schedule networks to identify gaps and recommend remediation actions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on timing, budget, and quality objectives. Produce clear schedule artifacts with Microsoft Project, Deltek OpenPlan, Milestones Professional, Excel, and PowerPoint. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start. Desired Skills Ability to work independently and with a team. Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, or Business Administration. Prior Aerospace experience. Some history as a planning team lead and/or contract planner. Network schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis. Analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans. Earned Value Management (EVM) including cost/schedule integration. LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media. Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills. Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation. Use of Microsoft Project. Use of Deltek Open Plan.
