On-Site Assistant Manager

Location: Florence, OR
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Schedule: 32 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Hours: Daily schedule to be determined

Greentrees Village is looking for an organized, proactive On-Site Assistant Manager to help coordinate daily community operations and support residents, committees, and the management team. The right person will be comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities, addressing concerns, and keeping tasks moving in a busy community environment.

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the community and provide on-site support to management.

• Serve as a point of contact for residents, helping address questions, concerns, and complaints.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding ongoing issues, service requests, and follow-up.

• Assist with administrative and basic accounting tasks, including accepting payments and maintaining records.

• Support community committees, meetings, communications, and follow-up items.

• Coordinate resident access needs, including fobs, transponders, and card keys.

• Track outstanding requests and help ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.

• Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members to help keep operations organized.

• Assist with additional administrative and community-related tasks as needed.

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on outstanding items.

• Comfortable addressing resident concerns with professionalism and good judgment.

• Able to coordinate with different teams and keep people informed.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with administrative work.

• Comfortable using computers and learning office systems.

• Previous experience in property management, HOA/community management, office administration, or a similar operational role is preferred.

This is an on-site position in Florence, Oregon, working 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Daily hours will be determined.

Pay: $27.00 per hour.
