Inside Sales Account Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will convert SMB leads, optimize e-commerce revenue, and manage customer renewals while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base to drive significant ARR growth Act as the primary closer for SMB leads and manage non-assisted e-commerce business opportunities Own the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and providing consultative support to customers Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in high-volume, digital-first sales or account management Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions and subscription business models Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC Demonstrated success in achieving targets for expansion ARR and net-new SMB business Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
