Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the laundry team to achieve daily operational goals with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Ensure all linens are cleaned, pressed, and folded to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Coordinate and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity and maintain a balanced workload.
• Monitor and maintain industrial laundry equipment to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of linens and support overall hotel operations seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of commercial laundry or housekeeping experience, often requiring 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Physical Skills: Ability to stand for long shifts, push heavy carts, and lift up to 25–50 pounds.
• Soft Skills: Strong organization, team leadership, and communication abilities with a flexible schedule for weekends and holidays.
