Locations West Palm Beach, FL 33407, USA Description Empath Health seeks a tech-savvy, customer-service-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach. Responsibilities Responsible for EMR (HCHB) user support of clinical applications. Respond to incoming service tickets, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions. Serve as a help desk resource for staff using EMR and related clinical applications, ensuring timely and accurate problem resolution. Assist with diversified projects in support of activities and operations of the EMR and Business Applications Departments. Benefits Competitive pay. At least 1 year of help desk or patient care environment experience, preferably with hospice and home health billing. Proficient with general office procedures including Outlook email and calendar. Knowledge of healthcare terminology and systems preferred. Strong data extraction and presentation skills for tables, graphs, slides, and reports.
