Speech Language Pathologist

KERRVILLE, TX Speech-Language Pathologist – Full Time Hilltop Village – KERRVILLE, TX We are seeking a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our crew of in‑house therapists at Hilltop Village. The role includes expanding therapy programming to include Abilities Care, ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care. As a therapy professional, you will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of the patients in this facility. Duties: Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards. Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications: Speech‑Language Pathology license is required. This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
