Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Overtime Available

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable products and wire harnesses using hand tools
• Follow work instructions and production guidelines
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Work with small components, wires, and connectors
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support team and production needs as required

Qualifications

Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred

Experience using hand tools is a plus

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
