This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The role ensures delivery of high-quality care, utilizing specialized knowledge and judgment to address the physical, developmental, and psychological needs of patients across various stages of recovery.

Job Details

• Position Description: This role provides direct patient care in a progressive care setting, maintaining standards of professional nursing practice and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, or temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure; BLS certification; 0 years of experience; location requirements applicable; nurses must possess a valid RN license.
• Schedule: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The nurse assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs. Formulates and implements care plans, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and provides education and discharge planning. Documentation must be timely, accurate, and comply with policies. The position may involve supervising staff and coordinating care activities across departments.
