Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

One of the largest insurance agencies in Portland, OR is seeking a motivated, licensed Insurance Sales Producer to drive new business growth while building long-term client relationships. This role is responsible for identifying client needs, presenting insurance solutions, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, personable, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect, quote, and sell insurance products to new and existing clients Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions Develop and maintain a strong referral pipeline through networking and follow-ups Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems Ensure all sales activities comply with carrier, agency, and state regulations Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure smooth policy onboarding and renewals Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Qualifications Active Property and Causality license in the state of OR 2+ years of experience selling insurance products #J-18808-Ljbffr
