Process Documentation Analyst (Land Services) About the job Process Documentation Analyst (Land Services) Process Documentation Analyst (Land Services) Overview Our client, a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Process Documentation Analyst to support large-scale transmission projects. This role will focus on documenting and standardizing land-related workflows and partnering with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Document and standardize land acquisition workflows into clear SOPs Partner with Land, Legal, Title, and Contracts teams to capture processes Translate complex workflows into user-friendly documentation Present and walk teams through SOPs to ensure adoption Support review and preparation of land agreements (easements, options, etc.) Maintain documentation using Microsoft Office and internal systems Qualifications 5+ years in process documentation, operations, land services, or related field Experience creating SOPs and working cross-functionally Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred: Experience with land acquisition or infrastructure projects Familiarity with land agreements or title documentation Salesforce or similar systems experience Equal Opportunity Employer AP Recruiters & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
