Come join us and be a part of something amazing!At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. On a daily basis, you will review the orders that need to be filled, pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. You also will ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.Job ResponsibilitiesCheck-in and organize materials that come into the warehouseMark the locations of the materials on the bills of ladingIssue materials to installers for jobs and help loadKeep track of any material balances left in the warehouse for a jobCoordinate material authorizations with the purchasing agent and accounts payableConduct periodic inventories/cycle countsSecure warehouse building and clean warehouse officeOrganize the warehouse and put away materialsMaintain a neat and uncluttered warehouseOccasionally pick up materials from vendorsOrder supplies as neededMaintain company groundsMaintain warehouse equipment (i.e., forklift)QualificationsForklift Experience RequiredHigh School Diploma/GEDProficient in Microsoft OfficeWe are an equal opportunity employer.
