Atlanta Cheesecake Company, a subsidiary of Dessert Holdings, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. This position plays a critical role in reducing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and thermal systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Diagnose equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Install, align, and adjust mechanical power transmission components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and quality teams.
• Share maintenance knowledge with operators to support a strong teamwork culture.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, SQF, HACCP, and company safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.?

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with AC/DC motors, sensors, switches, relays, and electrical components preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using maintenance systems (CMMS) preferred.
• Must provide personal maintenance tools within two weeks of hire.
• Welding experience (Stick, TIG, or MIG) preferred but not required.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
