And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionRockwell Automation is seeking an AI Delivery Manager within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) AI Center of Excellence. In this role you will shape and operationalize AI solutions that deliver measurable value across supply chain operations. You will supervise the full lifecycle of solutions, from ideation through design and development to deployment and adoption. You will apply strong technical judgment to ensure solutions are reliable, reusable, and scalable.You will work a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI.Your Responsibilities:Fluently speak the language of both business process owners and AI engineers. Understand how software is built and maintained in a large organization.Supervise the full lifecycle of solutions, from ideation through adoption.Prioritize, scope, and shape AI use case opportunities with business functional leaders.Design solutions for maximum scale across Rockwell's operations and maximum reusability across solutions.Advance solutions, navigating a large organization to remove blockers for engineers.Coordinate user acceptance testing, collect structured feedback, and incorporate operational signals to continuously improve solution quality and adoption.Ensure compliance with Rockwell AI policies, risk controls, and data handling standards throughout development and deployment.Represent the AI COE in interactions with business process owners and advocate for the adoption of AI.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, IT Management, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, data science, or related experience.Python proficiency with experience building production‑grade services and automation pipelines.Hands‑on experience designing and deploying GenAI / LLM‑based applications.Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and GenAI evaluation techniques.Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud‑native deployment patterns.Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Graph API in enterprise environments.Identified automation opportunities and delivered scripted and workflow‑based solutions using AI tools.Collaborated effectively within structured delivery models and cross‑functional technical teams.Professional communication abilities (written and verbal).The determination and persistence to drive results.What We Offer:Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision401kPaid Time offParental and Caregiver LeaveFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.To learn more about our benefits package, please visit at Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
