Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness

• Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain existing ones
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service
• Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, billing, and payroll

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and food service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus
