GARAGE - Seasonal Sales Associate - Washington Square Overview We’re not just a fashion brand - we’re a movement. At GARAGE, we live for unapologetic confidence, turning everyday moments into something unforgettable, and creating spaces where everyone can feel fearless. With stores across North America and a community that’s always growing, we’re looking for team players who want to make their mark. We are proud to hire and retain aspirational leaders who are driven to achieve great things and are recognized for their entrepreneurial spirit. Your role: Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, your focus is creating an elevated shopping experience—whether it’s styling customers in their new favourite fits, building real connections, or bringing the vibe to the floor. You’ll make every shopper feel like part of our Garage community, turning quick visits into long-term relationships with the brand. You’ll also support the daily flow of the store, keeping everything running smoothly while upholding our brand and visual standards. What you bring:

• High school diploma;
• A passion for fashion and a fearless sense of style;
• A people-first attitude—you love connecting, hyping others up, and creating moments;
• Energy that thrives in the action—you move fast, but stay sharp;
• Team player with an individual edge;
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays—we get it; life’s busy, but so are we);
• Retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not required—we care more about your vibe;
• Extra points if you’re social media savvy and know how to keep the aesthetic strong.

Why you’ll love it here:

• Employee discount = your wardrobe getting hotter;
• Employee referral program = be our best Ambassador;
• Growth opportunities—we’re building bold futures, not just shifts;
• A crew that feels like a community;
• Workdays that never feel the same—expect connection and a whole lot of fun.
• A competitive base salary. Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Our promise… Garage isn’t just fashion—it’s energy. Come work with us and make every day louder, bolder, and ____(hotter) than the last; be part of the movement. A little bit about how we hire… We are committed to employment equity and making the application process as fair and efficient as possible! To handle the volume of applications, we use an Artificial Intelligence-assisted tool to help us sort and evaluate applications for this role. This tool gives us a helpful starting point, but it never makes a final hiring decision on its own. Our hiring team always reviews the information to decide who moves forward. In compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, this tool is reviewed regularly to ensure it does not produce biased or discriminatory outcomes. Where required, it also undergoes an independent annual bias audit, and a summary of the most recent audit will be made publicly available. Candidates that are retained will be contacted for an interview.
