Overhead Door (Wayne Dalton) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Pensacola, Florida . The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling hinges and other product components according to specifications and drawings.


Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble hinges at designated tables in a standing position.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with operators regarding material availability.
  
  
• Follow instructions and drawings to meet production standards.
  
  
• Operate in a manufacturing environment with PIT traffic, loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures.
  
  
• Wear and utilize proper PPE for safety.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
  
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper techniques at all times.
  
  
• Perform repetitive hand movements and periodic bending while handling materials weighing up to 10 lbs.
  
  
• Work in a team-focused environment and contribute to overall production goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  
  
• Excellent attendance and positive attitude.
  
  
• Ability to adapt to change and handle repetitive tasks.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
  
• Capable of periodic bending and sitting for extended periods.
  
  
• Comfortable working in a noisy, dusty environment with PIT traffic.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $15-$17 per hour
• Schedule: varied shifts Monday-Friday between 6 AM-6:30PM
