Location: Franklin, WI Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $19-21/hour, with opportunity to add additional revenue sharing each month once initial onboarding is completed

What You'll Do

• Build authentic relationships with members and staff
• Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
• Drive membership growth and hit sales KPIs through servicenot sales pressure
• Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
• Plan events and networking that bring the community together
• Manage budgets and operations with excellence
• Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
