Base Salary: $125,000 – $175,000

Total Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000+

The Opportunity

An ambitious, high-growth consumer services business is seeking a commercially driven Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale customer acquisition, brand growth and demand generation initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly expanding organisation. You'll take ownership of the entire marketing function, driving measurable growth across digital acquisition, organic channels, customer engagement and marketing operations.

This position is ideal for a strategic marketing leader who combines commercial acumen with hands-on expertise in performance marketing, growth strategy and team leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy.
  • Own customer acquisition performance across paid, organic and referral channels.
  • Drive lead generation, conversion optimisation and customer growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
Digital Marketing & Performance
  • Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee audience targeting, attribution, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to maximise marketing performance and ROI.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks across all marketing activities.
SEO & Organic Growth
  • Develop and implement organic growth strategies across web properties.
  • Lead technical SEO, content strategy and local search initiatives.
  • Increase organic visibility, website traffic and lead generation performance.
  • Collaborate with content and digital teams to improve search performance.
Customer Lifecycle & Retention
  • Develop customer nurture, engagement and retention programmes.
  • Build referral and advocacy initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
  • Improve customer journey performance through data-driven optimisation.
Analytics & Marketing Operations
  • Build and maintain robust reporting and attribution frameworks.
  • Use data and insights to guide investment decisions and strategic planning.
  • Present marketing performance and growth recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, testing and continuous improvement.
Leadership
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Build scalable processes, systems and operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to achieve growth objectives.
About You

You will likely bring:

  • Experience in a senior marketing leadership role such as VP Marketing, CMO, Chief Growth Officer or similar.
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable growth through digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Deep expertise across performance marketing, SEO, analytics and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a highly data-driven approach.
  • Proven success building, developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience within a high-growth, entrepreneurial or private equity-backed environment is advantageous.
