As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team across multiple service lines. Position Overview: As the Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of our sales operations, managing a team of reps, setting and tracking performance goals, and helping drive revenue across our residential, commercial, and gutter divisions. This is a leadership position for someone with strong roofing or construction sales experience who’s ready to coach a team and hit aggressive growth targets.
