Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Varies)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, monitor, and triage patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver timely, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Maintain AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Department
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in high-acuity environments
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
