Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting concerns through established channels.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, life-related concerns, and/or suspicious conditions observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
