Assembler – 1st/2nd/3rd Shift | $20–$24/hr | Anoka, MN About the Opportunity

• You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and learn valuable technical skills such as wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and brazing — all supported through structured training and certification programs.

• Unit assembly — Build heating and cooling units following engineering specs and quality standards.
• Hand & power tools — Use tools to assemble, secure, and finish exterior components.
• Technical skill development — Learn wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and brazing through structured training.
• Blueprint reading — Interpret diagrams and instructions for more complex builds.
• Cross-training — Rotate between departments to expand skills and support production needs.
• Safety & quality — Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.

• Strong interest in manufacturing and hands-on work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• 3+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Experience with hand/power tools
• Ability to read technical instructions or blueprints
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced processes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
